This is a great bachelor food recipie. I invented
it myself,
but I have been enjoying it so much I consider it worth
sharing. I call it "FMPB&J"
Ingredients:
1 flour tortilla, the fresher the better.
1 butterknife load of your favorite kind of peanut butter.
1 tangerine, the fresher the better.
Warm the tortill if you want, but that isn't
necessary.
Spread the peanut butter on the tortilla, it's
not important
that you cover more than about half of the thing. What is
important that the area you cover has it deep enough to
hold segments of the tangerine.
Peel the tangerine, and be sure to pull of
most of the white
hairy things that don't taste so good. Separate the segments,
and lay them like rows of bricks on the tortilla. When you
run out there are probably two or three rows. Roll up the
tortill so that the tangerine segments are "down the tube",
meaning they lay along the length of the sandwich. You
can fold over the end you aren't going to eat from. That
is probably a good idea, because sometimes tangerine
segments drip.
Eat. It's delicious.
